Our products
Yes, Lady Taty offers a 2-year warranty on all
major manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, aging or damage due to improper use are not covered by the
warranty.
For optimum preservation of your jewelry, we recommend that you
take a few precautions. Your Lady Taty jewelry can be wetted
without any problem, but it's best to avoid using it
during the following activities:
- sport activities
- housework
- gardening
- in the kitchen
Direct contact of your sterling silver jewelry with chlorine from swimming pools, salt water
from the sea or cosmetics such as lotions or perfumes
should also be avoided. If this is not possible, we
advise you to rinse your jewelry thoroughly with fresh water to
remove abrasive components.
We recommend storing your 925 silver jewelry in the Lady
Taty pouch supplied with your purchase to protect it from tarnishing.
For cleaning, we recommend gently rubbing your
jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
Right of return
You are entitled to a 14-day free return policy once you have received your
items. To obtain your free return label,
send an e-mail to the following address [email protected]
with the subject "Return label". Specify your
order number and the items you wish to return. Once you've received
the return label, you can print it out and stick it on
the old label. You can use the same
shipping envelope and seal it with tape.
We use the services of the Swiss Post to send your package.
We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the whole of the European Union.
