1. General

The website www.ladytaty.ch is the online store of Taty Company SARL (hereinafter "Taty Company"). The offer offered is reserved exclusively for adults domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Minors or people under curatorship (guardianship) must, prior to any purchase, provide written authorization from their legal representative or curator (guardian) before they can place an order.

By "customer", we mean in the following any person, man or woman, who buys goods in the online store www.ladytaty.ch.

      2. Order and contractual links

The customer must accept these general conditions of sale before placing an order. To place an order, you must indicate your e-mail address, your first and last name, as well as your official address. We are under no obligation to accept your order.

Orders placed in the online store www.ladytaty.ch are confirmed by sending an email to the customer. Only this confirmation validates the establishment of a contractual relationship between the customer and Taty Company. Taty Company is free to refuse an order. Any confirmed order is firm and definitive, without possible modification by the customer.

It is possible that after confirmation of the order, an ordered item turns out to be unavailable. In this case, Taty Company has the right to cancel all or part of the order and informs the customer by email. The customer will receive the available items. Canceled items will not be delivered, even later. The non-availability of an article within the framework of an order comprising several does not authorize the customer to cancel his entire order. Any amount paid will be automatically refunded to the customer, by the same means of payment.

      3. Price

The applicable prices are those published in the online store www.ladytaty.ch at the time of the order. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including applicable value added tax.

      4. Payment

The customer has the various means of payment offered in the online store www.ladytaty.ch.

      5. Delivery

Items available are sent by post within approximately 3 to 5 days. Delivery is free for orders over CHF 90.- (ninety francs), all taxes included. For orders for which the purchase amount is less than CHF 90.- (ninety francs), all taxes included, a contribution to the shipping costs of CHF 7.- (seven francs) will be invoiced in addition to the sale price. Taty Company does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes.

Taty Company makes every effort to meet delivery times and ensure the availability of items in accordance with the indications provided in the online store. In the event of supply difficulties on the part of our own suppliers, delivery delays may however occur. All indications regarding availability and delivery times are subject to last minute changes.

      6. Terms of return or exchange

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 14 days of receipt of your package. Altered, previously worn or damaged items, special orders and gift cards cannot be returned.

You can make your return by post with the return label provided by Taty Company, as well as the delivery note. In the event of reimbursement of the items, the method of payment will be the same as when purchasing on the www.ladytaty.ch website.

      7. Guarantee

Items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to rule out obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them. Are not covered by the warranty: damage due to poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

      8. Protection of personal data
