General terms and conditions of sale

1. General

The website www.ladytaty.ch is the online shop of Taty Company Ltd. The offer is reserved exclusively for adults domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Minors or persons under guardianship must provide written authorisation from their legal representative or guardian before placing an order.

A "customer" is any person, male or female, who purchases goods from the online shop www.ladytaty.ch.

2. Ordering and contractual links

The customer must accept these general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order. To place an order, you must indicate your e-mail address, your first and last name, and your official address.

Orders placed in the online shop www.ladytaty.ch are confirmed by sending an e-mail to the customer. Only this confirmation validates the establishment of a contractual link between the customer and Taty Company. Taty Company is free to refuse an order. Any confirmed order is firm and definitive, with no possible modification by the customer.

It is possible that, after confirmation of the order, an item ordered may be unavailable. In this case, Taty Company has the right to cancel all or part of the order and to inform the customer by e-mail. The customer will receive the available items. Cancelled items will not be delivered, even at a later date. The unavailability of an item in an order that includes several items does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order. Any amount paid will be automatically refunded to the customer, by the same means of payment.

3. Awards

The prices applicable are those published in the online store www.ladytaty.ch at the time of ordering. For the Swiss market, all prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including the current value-added tax. For the European Union market, all prices are in euros (€), including the applicable value-added tax, depending on the country.

4. Payment

The customer can use the various payment methods offered in the online shop www.ladytaty.ch.

5. Delivery

For Switzerland:

L'envoi des articles disponibles est effectué par poste. La livraison standard (2 à 3 jours ouvrés) est gratuite pour les commandes supérieures à CHF 80.- (quatre-vingt francs), toutes taxes comprises. Il est possible d'obtenir la livraison express (1 à 2 jours ouvrés) pour un supplément de CHF 3,90.- (trois francs nonante).

Pour les commandes dont le montant d’achat est inférieur à CHF 80.- (quatre-vingt francs), toutes taxes comprises, une contribution aux frais d’expédition de CHF 6,90.- (six francs nonante) sera facturée en plus du prix de vente dans un délai de 2 à 3 jours ouvrés environ. Une livraison express est proposée pour CHF 9,90.- (neuf francs nonante) dans un délai de 1 à 2 jours ouvrés environ. Taty Company ne livre pas ses colis en case postale.

For the European Union:

Toutes les commandes inférieures à 150€ (hors frais de livraison et hors TVA) sont livrées en droits et taxes acquittés (pas de frais d'importation). Pour les commandes supérieures à 150€, des frais d'importation peuvent s'appliquer selon les modalités des autorités douanières du pays.

L'envoi des articles disponibles est effectué par poste dans un délai de 4 à 6 jours ouvrés environ. La livraison est gratuite pour les commandes supérieures à 90€ (nonante euros), toutes taxes comprises. Pour les commandes dont le montant d’achat est inférieur à 90€ (nonante euros), toutes taxes comprises, une contribution aux frais d’expédition de 8,90€ (huit euros nonante) sera facturée en plus du prix de vente. Taty Company ne livre pas ses colis en case postale.

Taty Company makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines and to ensure the availability of items in accordance with the information provided in the online shop. However, in the event of supply difficulties on the part of our own suppliers, delivery delays may occur. All information on availability and delivery times are subject to change at short notice.

6. Return or exchange procedures

Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with the reference labels), together with the delivery note, within 14 days of receipt of your package. Items that have been modified, worn or damaged, special orders and gift cards cannot be returned.

You can return your items by mail using the return label provided free of charge by Taty Company. To request a return label, send an email to info@ladytaty.ch with the subject line "Return Label." Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used when you made your purchase on www.ladytaty.ch.

7. Guarantee

Items with a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. Please check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as for transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies in the goods delivered so that we can remedy them. The following are not covered by the warranty: damage due to improper maintenance, aging or normal wear and tear.

8. Protection of personal data

All personal data shall be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of the management of the order. Taty Company ensures that its customers' data is processed in accordance with the legislation in force.

The data recorded by Taty Company is used, among other things, for the registration and processing of orders, the administration of personal customer accounts, the performance of marketing studies and the compilation of statistics. The purpose of the data processing is to improve and monitor the quality of the services and to carry out market research.

The Taty Company website (www.ladytaty.ch) uses cookies to keep track of the items you add to your shopping cart, even if you abandon your cart. This information is used to determine when to send shopping cart reminder messages via text message.
