Is there a guarantee ?

Yes, Lady Taty offers a 1 year warranty against all major manufacturing defects. Normal wear or damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.


What should I pay attention to when wearing Lady Taty jewellery?

For optimal conservation of your jewelry, we advise you to take a few precautions. Your Lady Taty jewelry can get wet without any problem, however it is best to avoid using it during the following activities:

  • sporting activities
  • housework
  • gardening
  • in the kitchen

Direct contact of your jewelery with chlorine from swimming pools, salt water from the sea or cosmetic products such as lotions or perfumes should also be avoided. If this is not possible, we advise you to rinse your jewelery thoroughly with fresh water in order to remove the abrasive components.


How do I clean my silver jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelery in the Lady Taty pouch provided with your purchase to protect it from tarnishing. Regarding cleaning, we advise you to gently rub your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
