Conditions of use

The prices applicable are those published in the online store www.ladytaty.ch at the time of ordering. For the Swiss market, all prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including the current value-added tax. For the European Union market, all prices are in euros (€), including the applicable value-added tax, depending on the country.

Items with a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. Please check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies in the goods delivered so that we can remedy them. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or normal wear and tear.
